If you are seeking for the ultimate adventure across Tibet, mountain bike ride from Lhasa to Kathmandu could be a wonderful experience. You ride through a land of dramatic and often surreal terrains inhabited by nomadic settlements, hidden valleys and shimmering bluish lakes. After two days acclimatization in Lhasa, your ride begins to Kathmandu covering up approximately 1100 km distance, crossing over high altitude desert, awesome mountain passes, stop by small Tibetan settlements and visit monasteries.

In the wide arid plains, you will encounter nomadic herdsmen with yaks. It's the only trip in the world where you can visit the North Face of Everest Base Camp by mountain bike.
